    The First Visit<\/h4>\n

    You, as a new patient to our office can expect to spend a few moments completing the forms necessary for us to get a complete picture of your health and dental history (These forms should be able to be accessed on this site and completed prior to your arrival). You will then be met by one of our friendly staff who will go over the forms you\u2019ve completed, and take whatever x-rays may be appropriate to deal with you needs. Shortly after, you will be met by one of our doctors, and he or she will do a comprehensive exam of your teeth and the soft tissues of your mouth. Some notes may be made and a treatment plan will be created. The doctor will discuss these necessary treatments with you, so that you may ask any questions, and hopefully approve, so that your oral
    \nhealth can be improved. Many times that treatment plan may be able to be started that day with your cleaning or even some fillings if you desire.<\/p>\n

    Our patients are primarily seen by appointment, however our philosophy is that no one should suffer unduly from dental pain, so we generally try to accept emergency patients. If you feel you have a dental emergency you can always call our office and see if we will be able to see you in a timely fashion that day and what you can expect your wait time to be.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Policies<\/h4>\n

    Appointments<\/h5>\n

    Appointments must be reserved in advance. These will generally be confirmed by phone a day or two before your visit. This time IS reserved for you, and we appreciate your punctuality. If for some reason you cannot make your appointment, please call and reschedule. Be respectful of our time as much as we try to be respectful of yours.<\/p>\n

    Financial Arrangements<\/h5>\n

    Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, VISA, Mastercard, Discover and Care Credit.<\/p>\n

    We do accept most dental insurances, that are prevalent in our area. And we will file the claim for you, and accept assignment of payment if it is one we accept. If it is not we can still treat you, but you will be responsible for the bill in full, and we will give you the appropriate claim form to file, so that you can be reimbursed from your carrier.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
